  • Participate in the session by responding to polls and providing feedback to the moderator.

    Hello,
Like Jas, I am having some trouble with the archives. Pathways from the menu at the top of the homepage don`t get me there. However, the link further down the homepage does. https://globalconversationsinliteracy.wordpress.com/archived-web-seminars-2010-2013/
In any case, once I get there, I am able to see “Hilary Janks” talk when I click her link, but “Jack Richards” link does not seem to open properly in Quicktime. It is Richards’ talk on creativity that I am particularly interested in sharing with a group of ESL teachers in training. When and how can we access this recorded webinar? Thank you.

      Hi Monica,
I’m sorry you are having trouble but I’m not sure why. Does your computer open mp4 files? I just opened Dr. Richards’ link and it seems to be working just fine. When you click on the title of the presentation, can you tell me what you see? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. I have no trouble opening the “Hilary Janks” link to the mp4 file (it opens in Quicktime) nor other past presentations, so I think my computer is working ok. However, when I click the Richards link I get a white screen with the Quicktime “Q” logo in the centre. After a few seconds, instead of loading the mp4 file, I still have the white screen with Quicktime “Q” logo plus a question mark image superimposed overtop. Baffled.
